Men's Lacrosse Wins Close Game At Chapman, Gerbarg '07 Finishes with Eight Points

scored three goals and had five assists to lead Whittier College to a 13-12 win over Chapman University in Orange, Calif. on February 24.  The win is the second in a row for the Poets who improve their record to 2-1.

Gerbarg also picked up a team-high five ground balls.  Anthony Lackey '09 scored a team-high four goals and assisted on two others.  Tyler Maguire '10 scored two goals.  Mike Prickett '07 and Christian Wright '10 each added a goal and an assist.  Kevin McCarroll '08 scored a goal and picked up four ground balls and Chuck Wagner '08 added a goal.  Ben Brown '09 made sixteen saves in goal.
