Dan Schniedwind is a sophomore member of the Poets lacrosse team.  He was born in Forte Wayne, Indiana but pent his childhood in Colorado Springs, Colorado.  Dan first started playing lacrosse at age 15, as a spring sport at his school.  He attended Cheyenne Mountain High School, where he earned three varsity letters and graduated in 2006.  At Whittier he is an Economics/Math major.  Outside of lacrosse he enjoys golfing.  His childhood sports hero was football great, Dan Marino.  He has one bother, Tim and one sister, Laura; he credits his siblings and parents, Patricia and Lou, for helping him arrive at this point in his life.
