Matt Mulry is a third year member of the Poets lacrosse team.  Mulry was born and raised in San Francisco, Calif. He has three older brothers Michael, Brian, and Stephen.  Matt began his lacrosse career at the age of fourteen.  He was introduced to the sport, and went on to play at Saint Ignatius Preparatory High School.  In high school career Matt earned All-League honors senior year.  Statistically he earned 80 goals and 30 assists throughout his career.  Matt is a Business Administration major here at Whittier, and hopes to pursuit a career in International Business.  Outside of lacrosse, he enjoys playing basketball, golfing, and hiking.  Growing up Matt's childhood sports hero was Chris Mullin.  The people Matt credits most for helping him reach this point in his lacrosse career and life are his three older brothers, and his parents Chris and Maureen.
