Seth Mahler is in his second season with the Poets lacrosse team.  Mahler was born and raised in Waterbury, Connecticut.  He was introduced at the age of thirteen, when his cousins from Baltimore, MD who played lacrosse sparked his interest.  Seth's passion for the game grew after his first experiences learning the game from his family. He went on to play in high school for The Gunnery.  His career statistics include 15 goals and 10 assists.  Seth graduated for The Gunnery in 2006.  At Whittier he is a Business Administration major, and hopes to someday possibly have a career as a sports agent.  When not playing lacrosse Seth enjoys basketball, watching movies, and food.  His childhood sports hero was basketball great Kobe Bryant.  He has one brother, Brad.  The people Seth thanks and credits most for helping him succeed in life are his parents Keith and Jane, and his maternal grandpa.
