Poets' men's lacrosse to host high school clinic

WHITTIER, Calif. - The Whittier College men's lacrosse program will be offering a clinic for high school players of all levels on Saturday, January 30, and Sunday, January 31 from 11:30 am until 2:00 pm. The cost of the camp is $115 and will take place on Wallace ‘Chief' Newman Field at Memorial Stadium and the Donald E. Graham Lacrosse Field.

The goal of the camp is to help prepare each individual for their spring lacrosse season. Camp participants will focus on position specific skills and field awareness in an attempt to sharpen all aspects of their game.

In addition to head coach Brian Kelly and the rest of the Whittier staff, the camp will feature former UCLA front man and Rutgers goalie Lane Jaffe to work with goaltenders, two-time All-Great Western Lacrosse League second-teamer at Notre Dame Alex Wharton to work with attack and former Fighting Irish standout Taylor Clagett to work with faceoffs.

To register for the camp, please fill out the online registration form.

Payment for the camp will be made to the men's lacrosse team before the start of the camp.
