Two Poets Soccer Players Honored by SCIAC

Two Whittier College soccer players were named to All-SCIAC teams this week.  Ameshia Hamlet '11 was named to the women's All-SCIAC first team and Kody Seminara '08 earned second team honors on the men's side.

Hamlet was the anchor of the Poets' defense all season.  She was one of four freshmen on the women's first team, including Player of the Year Jesi Sasaki from Occidental.  Seminara was the men's team captain and leader of the Poets' defense.
