Water Polo Picks Up First Conference Win, Poets Beat Occidental at Homecoming


Chris Villanueva '09 and Jake Zerbe '07 each scored four goals to lead Whittier College to a 15-7 victory over Occidental College on October 21. The Poets are now 6-15 overall and 1-2 in the SCIAC.

Zerbe also had two assists, two steals and two drawn penalties.  Cody Pletcher '07 finished with three goals, 2.5 steals and two assists.  Matt Brammer '09 made 18 saves in goal.
