1966 was the first year freshmen were eligible for 1st Team All-Conference honors. Runners prior to 1966 had but three opportunities to make 1st Team All-Conference. Runners after 1965 had four opportunities to make 1st Team.
The minumum criterion for Hall of Fame recognition is achieving 1st Team All-Conference.
