1999-2003
* Head Coach at LaGrange College (LaGrange, Ga.)
* Lead the program in transition from NAIA to NCAA DIII
* Established the 1st winning seasons in history of the program
* Won the conference championship in 2001
* Produced four All-Americans, 21 First-Team All-Conference selections, four All-Region, 13 Academic All-Americans, Pitcher of the Year and Freshman of the Year. 

1997-1999
* Began coaching career as the assistant softball coach at Muskingum College (New Concord, Ohio)
* Ranked in the NCAA Top 20 in the nation both seasons
* 1998 NCAA College World Series berth - placed 4th in the nation
* 1999 - Established the longest winning streak in the nation at 33 games

* Dual Bachelor's degree in Physical Education and Sports & Exercise studies with minors in health and business management from the Uni. of Rio Grande
* Four year starter at the University of Rio Grande - named to the All-NAIA District 22 1st Team, to the All-Mid Ohio 1st Team All-Conference as catcher, named
   a two time Academic All-American and held a career batting average of over .400
