Chris Fox returns to Whittier College after serving as the Head Men's Lacrosse Coach at his Alma Mater in Wheeling W.V.  Coach Fox became the forth-head coach in the eight-year history of the lacrosse program at Wheeling Jesuit University.  Fox was the first former Cardinal to lead the men's lacrosse team as head coach. Additionally, Fox played under each of the three former head coaches during his playing career at Wheeling Jesuit University.  Fox graduated in 2006 with a B.S. in Business management and a B.A. in Political and Economic Philosophy.  While obtaining his undergraduate degrees Fox also served as vice-chair of SAAC, and was inducted into the National Honor Society in Philosophy.

During his first season as the Assistant Women's Lacrosse Coach at Whittier College, Fox help lead the Poets to four regular season victories.  The most wins the program had seen since 2003. The success of the 2007 season came after two consecutive seasons without a regular season victory.  The Poets season ended with back-to-back wins, which had not been accomplished since 2001.

Also while in southern California, Fox continues to work with the Starz Lacrosse Foundation and Adrenaline Lacrosse to promote and develop youth lacrosse in the South Bay area, and expose scholarship opportunities for high school students from the southern California area.
