Juan Pablos Bustos is in his first season as a member of the Poets cross country team. He was born in Zacacoyuca, Guerrero, Mexico but spent a majority of his childhood in South Gate, Huntington Park, CA.  He started running when he was fifteen because his cousin took him running. He went on to run for St. John Bosco High School. While in high school his team was Trinity League Champions. He was a CIF Champion and the 2008 Bank of America Award. He is undecided on his major at this time but is hoping to some day work as a Doctor.  He credits his success to his parents and coach Mac.
