Anna Edwards is in her first season as a member of the Poets cross country team. She was born in Fontana, CA. She started running when she was a freshman because her dad forced her to run in order to train for soccer and she fell in love with running. She went on to run for Los Osos High School where she earned all-league and the Golden Shoe award. She is planning on majoring in Political Science and hopes to some day work as a Lawyer. She credits her success to Mike Volosin, her mom, dad, best friends, Shauna Santiago, Megan Bruns and her family.
