Jessica Medina is in her fourth season as a member of the Poets cross country team. She was born in West Covina, CA. She started running when she was sixteen because she wanted a new hobby to get out of the house. She went on to run for West Covina High School where she earned honor roll. She is majoring in Kinesiology and hopes to some day work as a physical therapist. She credits her success to her family and friends.
