Jessica Mena is in her second season as a member of the Poets cross country team. She was born in Los Angeles, CA. She started running when she was fifteen because her coach thought she had potential. She went on to run for Reseda High School. She is majoring in Pre-physical therapy and hopes to some day work as a professional sports team doctor. She credits her success to her parents, God and coaches.
