Men’s Lacrosse moves up in National Statistics

WHITTIER, Calif. – The Whittier College Men's Lacrosse team under Head Coach Nick Marks and assistants Curt Foxx and Mike Ondrusek have made a statement in the final National Statistical Rankings.

After just one season the Purple & Gold have improved in 12 statistical categories as they finished 2019 13-3, breaking the program's single season wins record.

Whittier improved in 12 of 13 categories with huge jumps coming in goals allowed, groundballs, groundballs per game, faceoffs, extra-man offense, shot %, and clears.  Below were the rankings from 2018 to 2019 as the Poets continue to prove they are "The Best in the West".
